NY Workforce Connect aims to break down silos through conversation and strategic networking. The annual summit will highlight collaborations that the local workforce development community can capitalize on by working together to enhance our region's economic stability and prosperity. The regional meetups will explore spaces, programs and/or initiatives designed to foster a cohesive and growing workforce and economic growth opportunities.
All events will feature diverse perspectives from speakers about industry hot topics, a workforce expo, and networking opportunities with key regional stakeholders.

NY Workforce Connect will host its second annual workforce-centric conference in May 2026, where industry professionals – from the education, government, nonprofit and other sectors – will gather for a day of learning and networking. We'll also host evening industry meetups regionally to keep the conversation going throughout the year.
Our events are always evolving and changing based on the needs of the industry.
